Once you place your order and complete our questionnaire, we'll take you through the script, voiceover, storyboard, and animation process. The duration of this process will vary depending on the package you choose, usually taking 2 to 8 weeks. You will be assigned a project manager to collaborate with you in a 'done-with-you' approach.
Yes, there is no limit to the number of videos you can purchase. For example, if you’d like to create a 240-second video, you can order a 120-second video twice, and then just let your project manager know.
No, there is no limit to the number of videos you can order. We work with a wide range of clients with different needs. If you require over 10 minutes of video, please contact us, as we can offer lower rates.
We do our very best to ensure that you’re happy with the final video, and we offer two rounds of revisions after your first video preview. If you are still unhappy after that, you can request a refund.
On average, a 30-second script equals 75 words. If, during the process, you’d like to expand the length of the script and video, we can adjust the length and budget accordingly. You’ll have two rounds of revisions available for the script.
Yes. In the questionnaire provided after your order is placed, you will find extra add-ons, such as a rush delivery turnaround, different languages for the script and voiceover, subtitles, and more.
